AntiMatter Games announced a 2-player starter set for DeepWars:

Here is some new concept art for miniatures coming in 2018. These will be part of the new DeepWars introductory 2-player starter set, with Dark Mariners and Fortune Hunters warbands. For the Dark Mariners, the warband is led by the siren, Cylla Darkmyre, the Shadow Queen, and includes the deadly Oliterator Biomech as well as the Vanguard Scout. The Fortune Hunters are led by the Templar commander, Lucius Cromwell, Crusader of the Abyss, and are protected by a powerful Iron Predator Mech Contruct and Sea Dog Corsair.
The two-player set will include a quick-start rulebook, dice, printer markers wild sea creatures and scenery and a printed map of the seafloor, making it easy to get into the game.
